Dylan Ellis is having a pretty good weekend here at WSOP-C Deerfoot. Last night he bagged second place in the Mystery Bounty game, but tonight he went one spot better, taking down the 4-Flight game after about 13 hours of play on Day 2.
The chip lead during the final table moved around between the three players who ended up three-ways at the end with Derk Dufour, Lee Clark, and Ellis all holding the lead for various points. Clark and Ellis were roughly even stacked when they got heads-up, but after chipping up in a a few small pots, it all kicked off in a hand that Ellis three-bet pre.
Clark opened to 1 million, then called when Ellis raised it to 4.25 million. Ellis fired 1.75 million on the flop and Clark smooth-called to the
turn. Ellis bet again, this time for 2.3 million, then called it off with the big stack when Clark shoved.
Ellis was way ahead with the best ace and the nut heart draw, and a heart on the river secured the win for him. This was his third live win according to Hendon Mob and his first Circuit ring.
The 4-Flight is now over after 13 hours of Day 2 play and Lee Clark had to settle for 2nd place. The final hand was a big cooler that started with Clark raising to 1 million, then called when Dylan Ellis raised it to 4.25 million.
Ellis fired 1.75 million on the flop and Clark flatted to the
turn. Ellis put out 2.3 million after getting a count of Clark's stack. Clark shoved over top and Ellis made a quick call.

Abe Shawile was the 5th place finisher tonight in Event #3, though I missed the action. He pocketed $21,683 for his work today.

It's cooler time at the E3 final table tonight. Tom Lobas just hit the rail after a brutal beat in the final hand of the last level at the hands of Derek Dufour. Dufour raised the small blind to 400k and Lobas called the big. Both players checked the flop, and Dufour fired 400k again on the
turn. Lobas shoved and Dufour snapped him off.

Dale "Dake" Andre tried to shove from the cutoff, but didn't verbalize his action, and ended up string-betting to 1 million instead. Derek Dufour came back over the top from the small blind with the big-stack shove and Andre got his money in anyway.

It was a cooler that sent Alex Allison to the rail. He couldn't find the cards he needed to crack the aces of Ellis, who is on his second final table in as many days after coming second in the Mystery Bounty last night. It's worth adding that Kyle Rosnes is also at his second FT of the series after he made the final table of the PLO game the other night.
The ten-handed final table is now set with Lee Clark leading the way with 8.2 million chips, and Dylan Ellis following with about 5.4 million.

Jeff Saunders was the most recent player to hit the rail and he pocketed the first cash of $6,395 for his couple ofdays of work. That puts them on the bubble to the ten-handed final table and there are two more payouts of $6,395 before the final nine spots.
After some technical problems with the website, it is back up and running again now. I've updated the payouts list under the Payouts tab, and hope to finish out the coverage here tonight.
Skylar Edgar was the most recent player to hit the rail after his jacks lost out to the ace-ten of Tom Lobas. That left Edgar very short, and he was forced in on his next big blind. His ten-six of hearts couldn't find cards against ace-jack for Kevin Kammavong and he took the final payout of $5,210.
