After a 14-hour day, the 583 entries of the €555 Championship at Kings of Tallinn: Autumn Edition were whittled down to just 16 remaining players. Rasmus Lundstrom stood atop of the counts when the day finished, having bagged a massive pile of 3,615,000 chips, more than twice the amount of his nearest contender and 90 big blinds at the start of Day 3.
Lundstrom is a regularly seen guest at Olympic Park Casino in Tallinn, with all his recorded live cashes coming from the Estonian capital. Lundstrom's first appearance happened only just over a year ago, but he has racked up no less than four victories in that timeframe, in addition to three other final tables. Now, the Finn is poised to make a run at his fifth trophy, a remarkable feat.
Meanwhile, Turkish player Koray Korkmaz, who occupies the tenth spot on his country's all-time money list, sits in second place on the leaderboard with 1,725,000. Lundstrom's fellow Finn Thanh Doan completes the podium with a stack of 1,580,000, while Joel Haapio is only one chip behind with 1,575,000.

Day 2 Action
It seems eons ago, but Day 2 started with three levels of late registration still open. After everyone had their chance to fire a reentry, yesterday's €5,000 Progressive Bounty Winner Juha Helppi was among the first dozens of eliminations, along with defending champion Mikko Ylamaki. They were joined at the rail by the likes of Sebastian Whal, Touko Berndtson, Mitchell Hynam, Phil Gross, and Maximilian Sanders, who all fell outisde of the top 100.
With 71 places receiving a part of the €274,010 prize pool, the money was getting closer at that point. Roope Tarmi and Luka Sorainen were eliminated a few tables away, but ultimately it was Markku Koplimaa who went home with nothing but the unfortunate title of bubble boy.
Once in the money, Igor Pihela Jr. (54th - €1,200) and Jari Mahonen (45th - €1,200) were among the quick exits while the likes of Aleksi Naski (36th - €1,350) and Joshua Stewart (27th - €1,850) got a bit further but couldn't make it to the end of the day.
Kalle Parkkinen's elimination in 25th heralded a three-table redraw. Among the final eliminations of the night was start-of-day chipleader Theophile George (21st - €2,100) until Kristjan Maasalu got knocked in 17th for €2,700 to leave two tables remaining. They then bagged up for the third and final day.
The 16 remaining players have all guaranteed themselves €2,700, but all eyes will be on the first-place prize of €52,760.

The tournament will resume with 19 minutes and 10 seconds left in Level 26: 20,000/40,000 (40,000), after which each subsequent level will last 40 minutes.
