Full Terms & Conditions for MainEventTravel’s Plinko Promotion Booth

1. Promotion Organiser

·         The MET Plinko Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by MainEventTravel.com Ltd (“MET”), located at 130 High Street, Ayr, KA71PR, who will run this on-site via a booth at the Grosvenor Goliath Event at Grosvenor Casino Coventry.

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to all players attending the Grosvenor Goliath event.
• Participants must be aged 18 years or older.
• No purchase is required for entry.
• Employees, contractors, and ambassadors of MainEventTravel and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

• The Promotion will be held on-site during the Grosvenor Goliath event starting 26th July 2024
• Entries will be accepted within event hours of 12 noon to 12 midnight BST, for a maximum of twelve and a minimum of six hours per day, and only when the booth is manned by MET employees and contractors.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, participants must:

• Visit the MainEventTravel booth at the Grosvenor Goliath event.
• Provide their name and email address to MET via an online registration/form
• Accept that they will receive communication from MET regarding the Promotion.
• Indicate whether they would like to receive further marketing communications from MET.
• Each participant is limited to one (1) entry during the Promotion Period.
• Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified.

5. Travel Credit and Plinko Game Play

• • Participants will receive an opportunity to claim a £10 travel credit to use on MainEventTravel.com.
  • Upon completing the online registration form requiring name and email address, participants are provided with two options:
  • Collect the £10 travel credit.
  • Choose to try to increase the value of their travel credit by playing the Plinko game at the booth.
  • The Plinko game consists of a board with five slots that participants can land in via a plastic coin. The coin is dropped into the game to land randomly on the board via pegs.
  • Players can land in one of five slots marked as 1 x ‘3x (Treble)’, 4 x ‘1/2x Half’.
  • Land in the ‘3x’ slot: credit trebles to £30.
  • Land in a ‘1/2’ slot: credit is chopped to £5

  ·       Each time a coin lands in the ‘3x’ slot player can choose to either take the current credit or drop again up to 3 drops

  ·       A maximum of three (3) Plinko coins can be dropped, with a maximum of £270 available to win

  ·       The game ends immediately if you land in a ‘1/2’ slot, the travel credit is awarded to that value and no further drops are provided 

6. Additional Credits

·       The first (1) player to hit the ‘3x’ three times and treble up to £270 will be awarded an additional £230 in credit, giving them a total of £500 in travel credit!

·       Maximum travel credit available to be won by any one player is £500

7. Prizes and Collection

• Participants can choose to walk away with their travel credit at any time.
• Participants will receive details regarding the claim travel credit at the time of play.
• Participants are required to register for a MainEventTravel.com account as part of the instructions.
• No purchase is required to receive the travel credit.
• Travel credits are applied to participants' MainEventTravel accounts within 72 hours. 
• Travel credits can be used to purchase pre-paid Flights and Hotels on MainEventTravel.com.
• Travel credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
• Travel credits CANNOT be used for Pay Hotel selections or Buy-ins and attempt to purchase such will be refunded. 
• Plinko slot values can decrease once the treble has been trebled (£270 awarded three times),and the promotional terms will be updated accordingly
  
• MainEventTravel.com agrees to provide a maximum of £5000 value in Travel Credit during the promotional persiod.

8. Publicity

·         By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the use of their names, likeness, and entries for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

·         Any participant wishing to remain anonymous should notify MET at time of entry.

9. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

• The personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion and will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance, which can be found at MainEventTravel.com.

10. General Conditions

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, and shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions where such failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, governmental restrictions, illness, or any other factor beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
• Any changes to the giveaway period will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions, and all eligible entries received before any modification may still be considered valid.
• The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
• The Organiser’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
• The Organiser acts as a third-party supplier and agrees to adhere to health and safety requirements as outlined by Grosvenor Poker and Grosvenor Casino Coventry.
• The Organiser agrees to compliance of applicable local gambling laws as required by Grosvenor Poker and Grosvenor Casino Coventry.

11. Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Organiser, MainEventTravel, Grosvenor Poker, Grosvenor Casino, Rank Holdings, Rank Group, and all respective contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

12. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

13. Amendments

Terms & Conditions and revisions to such are available in the most recent form on MainEventTravel.com. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes via a Social Media platform including but not limited to X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook, and via MainEventTravel.com.

14. Third-Party Impersonation

The Organiser strives to provide inclusive, transparent information and promotions and cannot be held accountable for third-party impersonation attempts. The Organiser will never ask for payments on public forums. If you are in doubt or encounter suspicious activity, please contact customer service for advice at info@maineventtravel.com.

15. Participation and Contact Details

Participation is constituted via the supply of name and email address to the Organiser.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions in their most recent format.
