By Mad Harper

Scottish player Jamie Geraghty (pictured) has won the 888poker LIVE UKPL Manchester Main Event for the biggest cash of his live poker career. Geraghty won £30,610 after outlasting a 328-entry field – and beating Josh Radley heads-up. The win in Manchester was Geraghty’s first major tournament victory; his previous biggest cash was fifth place for £15k in 888poker LIVE’s London Main Event back in 2021.

A total of 50 players cashed in the £560 buy-in UKPL Manchester Main Event including Day 2 chip leader Leo Worthington-Leese, who also finished third in the High Roller. Worthington-Leese finished 18th in the Main Event for £1,320 while Daniel Laidlaw, Alex Montgomery, Chris Johnson and Tuan Le also all made the money. There were 328 entries creating a £155,790 prize pool.
