The Unibet UK Poker Tour is back in two weeks with a £40,000 guarantee event at Alea Casino in Nottingham from August 25-27.

The £200+£20 buy-in Unibet UK Nottingham event comes with a £40,000 guarantee. Players get a 25,000 starting stack with 40 minute blinds and one re-entry allowed per starting day. Day 1a is on August 25 at 5pm with 1b start at 1pm on August 26.
There are five Unibet UK Poker Tour stops this year with each boasting a £220 buy-in, £40,000 guarantee Main Event. Players get a 25,000 starting stack and it’s 40 minute blind levels with one re-entry per starting day up to a maximum of £880. You also have the option of both Day 1a and 1b and taking your biggest stack through to the Final Day.
The last event – in Glasgow in June – was won by Andrew MacKenzie for £11,500. He beat a 205-strong field to take down the event for the second best cash of his live poker career. Mackenzie is a regular in poker tournaments in his native Scotland and has cashed in more than 90 events in Scotland, bringing his live tournament winnings to over $105k.
After Nottingham, the tour is heading to Brighton in October and Manchester from December 8-10.
